Jungle Mystic Buddha Head Bust hand carved by Master Carver Made Tresna of crocodile wood and delicately hand  painted in the Balinese Pengosekan style by the artist Utak Utik , the wood is naturally a creamy color that will become more beautiful with age as the patina develops. It is also a very dense wood with a beautiful smooth grain, which creates a perfect canvas for the very detailed work of art. The wood is left the natural color and the acrylic paint is painstakingly applied by hand in the very detailed miniature traditional Balinese style.   

The sweet Buddha is embellished with flowers, rich foliage & tropical butterflies inspired by the lush Balinese landscape. The colors are very soft and serene  tones of green, sage green and blues with colorful touches. The entire artwork has been hand waxed to bring out the color and grain of this gorgeous wood.
