Refunds, Returns policy, International Shipping
- Returns
- If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We do charge a 15% restocking fee
- Please contact us first for a return authorization before you initiate your return at acadiaworldtraders@yahoo.com
- To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase enclosed with in the returned package.
- Reasons your item may not be eligible for a refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business of day.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Exchanges
- We only accept exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at acadiaworldtraders@yahoo.com and send your item to: 438 Bar Harbor Rd Bar Harbor Maine US 04605. One of a kind items are not eligible for exchange.
- Return Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to:

- Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- CUSTOMS & International shipping
- The buyer is responsible to pay for any customs duties or fees that may be incurred/due in their country.
- Acadia World Traders is not responsible for unanticipated delays, breakage or loss incurred during the shipping period for international shipments.
- All international packages are sent with tracking and you and we can check your packages status during the shipment process.
- We are also not responsible for packages that are abandoned as undeliverable due to customer not picking up the parcel after delivery notification has been sent by the destination postal service to the buyer or if a package is refused at delivery.
- We will not refund packages that are returned as undelivered/no pickup/no response/refused after pick-up notification has been sent to you or unpaid duty.
- International shipping cost is non refundable.
- We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by your countries customs regulations. We do all we can to ensure your purchase is shipped in a timely manner within 1 business day or less.
- Please do not request that we mark your purchase as a gift or undervalue your purchase, this is against customs regulations. Thank you for understanding.
