Balinese Mermaid and fish Dowry box hand carved & painted in traditional colorful Balinese folk art style. We are fortunate to work with a family of wood carvers who still make these classic Balinese style offering boxes for us!
The hinged lid is embellished with two fish that form the handle . The sides of the box are carved with Balinese style lotus flowers and a mermaid. The basic color is black & vibrant green with teal blues and reds. Accented with gold leaf.

A functional piece as well as having Balinese cultural significance that you will cherish for years to come. Can be used as a charging station or for stashing any number of items beautifully.
