Ganesha Padma Base Statue Sculpture Hand Carved Wood Carving Balinese Art 18"

Ganesha Remover of Obstacles hand carved wood sculpture. The Elephant God is standing with one foot upon a lotus flower with the other leg raised. His upper left hand is holding an axe, the lower the sacred lontar scripts. The upper right hand is holding the noose, the lower hand holding a sweet. The base of the sculpture is a pile of lotus leaves and lotus leaves with Ganesha's vahana the mouse sitting by his feet. 

This beautiful Ganesh sculpture is hand carved by Dewa from a solid chunk of very high quality cempaka wood. Finely detailed and polished to a deep satin smoothness with rich coloration.
