Vintage Singa Foo Dog Old Balinese Temple Offering Box called a keropak from Bali in the form of Singa Dog like creature. Finely hand carved of cempaka wood with a polychrome finish in shades of black & red with gold leaf highlights.
The cover is removable to revel a compartment where sacred objects are kept. Has normal signs of wear to the paint, small stablized grain crack under the lid close to the tail.
