This Mask is Ravana the rakshasa king and the chief antagonist of the Hindu epic Ramayana where he Kidnaps Lord Rama's wife Sita.
Hand carved from albesia wood with great detail, Ravana's jutting cleft chin and bulging eyes are fierce. Painted in an antiqued white with red and black and goldleaf this is a striking mask for any collection, and will make a fantastic addition to any mask collection, or as part of your eclectic decor.
