Vintage Triple Naga Dragon Bronze Oil Lamp crafted of solid bronze in the lost wax method by Balinese craftspeople.
Triple dragons circle the container whose mouths are the spout for the wicks of the lamp. Legs are added on the bottom so you can place upon a tabletop. Suspended by a chain which includes a figure of the Mythical Lion Singa, with a hook attached to hang from a wall hook or ceiling. The removable lid also has a small dragon embelling the top.
Beautiful aged verdigris patina and signs of use and age. A few small pin holes in the metal due to age. An impressive piece that would still function as an incense burner. Will display beautifully. A great find, is sure to please the collector of Asian or Indonesian art. Beautiful as part of your eclectic decor.
